The book is only a couple months old and I haven’t taken a look at it but by looking at all the reviews the book seems to be phenomenal. They give you recipes to some of the best Hmong foods around such as Hmong Sausage, Papaya Salad, Egg Rolls and Bitter Melon Soup (Nqaij Qaib Hau Xyaw Tshuaj).. Hmong Man in Trouble for Wedding 14-Year old

“She was 14. He was 24. Through a Hmong marriage, he became her husband.
Under Minnesota law, he became an alleged sex offender.
Chou Her, now 26, of St. Paul, was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal sexual conduct for having sex with his common-law wife, whom he married in a traditional Hmong ceremony in 2007.
